Technical Surveillance Counter-Measures
A multi-national corporation battling a hostile takeover wished to ensure that a critical board meeting to be held at a country house hotel would not be compromised by eavesdropping. Our TSCM team conducted a complete search and electronic sweep of the boardroom and break out rooms to be used. Our security team then maintained the physical integrity of this area. During the board meeting we also monitored the electronic signature of the boardroom to ensure that no surveillance devices were introduced.
Evacuation Planning and Response Teams
Our client identified the need to prepare evacuation plans for their expatriate employees in a number of Middle Eastern and African countries. Our consultants visited each country concerned and prepared detailed plans after researching the local situation and resources available. These plans tied back to a response plan to be used by the Crisis Management Team at their Headquarters in London.
Local management teams were then trained in the plan and an exercise of the plan was conducted.
Some of these plans have been invoked recently and Optimal Risk response teams were deployed to assist in the successful evacuations.
